What is your Return Policy?

We will gladly exchange or refund any purchase returned in its original condition and packaging, exclusive of delivery charges, within 15 days of purchase.

Open products, jewelry and personalized or engraved items are not returnable unless there is an error on our part.  Due to variations in monitors and images, colors may be slightly different than what you see on your screen.

You will be responsible for paying all shipping fees on items returned through no fault of New Dorp Gifts. If any returned item is received opened, broken, or without a return authorization number no credit will be given.

Engraved items have limitations on space and font and will be shipped in the default font, etc. for the particular item.

How can I receive my refund?

Please e-mail us at returns@newdorpgifts.com (preferred) or call our Customer Service number at (718) 980-0332, or toll free at (888) 328-6771 within 15 days of receiving the product to get a return authorization code.  Please do not mail back the product without calling us first to receive a return authorization code.

Please include in your correspondence the following information (they should all be on the e-mail receipt): Item number, quantity, order confirmation number, and order date.  You will be provided with instructions as to how to ship back the unwanted merchandise.  Please follow the instructions to ensure a timely response.

Is it safe to enter my Credit Card number online ?

When you use your credit card to shop at New Dorp Gifts.com, rest assured that the transaction is secure. Our servers use an advanced encryption technology that safeguards your personal information and guarantees privacy.  The fact is, shopping online at New Dorp Gifts.com is as safe as using your credit card at a local restaurant or store.

What is your Privacy Policy ?

Our privacy policy is very simple: your information is information that you have shared with us because you liked some (or all) of our products and decided to give us your business.  We do not share or sell your information to anyone.  Period.

As you start ordering products from our site, our shopping cart helps you keep track of the items you place in it through the use of "cookies." "Cookies" are small text files that will facilitate your shopping experience and allows you to maintain a list of items you are ordering until you checkout.  If you choose to create and maintain an account with New Dorp Gits and make use of our special discounts, "Cookies" will allow you to log on to your account.  Since we do not have any advertisements on our site, there will be no "cookies" from third parties, advertisers, marketers…etc.

For additional privacy, we do not outsource our customer service to calling centers who, in most cases, gather information about customers and match them up to study their buying patterns.  All our calls are answered by our team members, and backed up by company voice mail.  If you were routed to our back up voice mail, please leave a message and rest assured that we will call you back as soon as possible.  This is more efficient to us and more respectful  than putting you on hold!

What about shipping and handling ?

We will make every attempt to fill your order as quickly as possible. We ship most orders within 48 hours. If your order can not be shipped within seven days after your order is confirmed, Customer Service will notify you by e-mail or phone. For rush orders or stock inquiries, call our Customer Service department toll free at (888) 328-6771.

To expedite orders, we sometimes ship from multiple locations. As a result, items ordered together are not necessarily billed and shipped in the same box or together. However, shipping charges will not be affected by by split orders.

We do not ship out UPS orders on Saturday or Sunday, or for weekend delivery. Orders that are shipped UPS "Priority" are still subject to order processing and fullfillment, which may take an additional 48 hours.

Standard UPS shipping is available in the continental U.S., excluding Alaska and Hawaii, with additional charges for "Priority" service.

Sorry, we can not ship to APO, FPO, PO Boxes or outside the contiguous United States.
